- 1/2 cup of non-fat milk, soy milk, or water
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice (low calorie)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 4–6 ice cubes
- 2 rounded scoops of Vi-Shape® Nutritional Shake Mix
- 8 oz. of orange juice
- 4–6 ice cube

- 8–10 oz. of non-fat milk, soy milk, or water
